MINIMUM STAY
Please indicate to us what your stay requirements are and we can always inquire to the individual villa owner. The usual minimum stay requirement for our private villas varies from a 3 to 7 consecutive night stay for the low season, with some villas increasing the minimum stay to two weeks for the high season.
LAST MINUTE BOOKING
In the event of a last minute booking made in Bali, payment is to be pre-arranged through our office, and full payment must be made upon arrival.
CHECK-OUT TIME
We will always do our best to accommodate your villa departure time with your return flight travel schedule. If new guests are arriving on the same day you are departing, then check out time is 11.00am. Late check out up to 6.00 pm incures a half day rental fee and late check out after 6.00pm may incur a full-day rental fee. Late check-out requests can not be accommodated should other guests arrive on the same day. Depending on the season many private villa owners are happy to be flexible.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
A US$150.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed and the deposit payment has been received by BLV. Changes cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
CANCELLATIONS
Bali Luxury Villas must receive notice of any villa booking cancellation in writing. We would present your individual case for cancellation to the villa owner for due consideration. As a rule the Deposit payment is not refundable.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest are responsible for any damage to the villa property or for any extra charges incurred. We will please ask you to settle all outstanding payments or damage repayment before departure.
GUEST REGISTRATION
As part of the local requirements, all villa and hotel guests in Indonesia need to be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours of arrival at their destination. This is a very simple procedure and involves the following:
- The Villa Staff will take a photocopy of each guest’s passport shortly after arrival at the villa.
- A registration form will need to be filled out & signed by each guest
- These papers will then be taken to the immediate village registration office
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you take out a comprehensive insurance to protect you and all those that accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellations and other travel contingencies. We also strongly recommend a health insurance that covers medical evacuation for emergencies.
RESPONSIBILITY
Please be advised that Indonesian laws can be much more severe than those of other jurisdictions for certain violations of the law, particularly in regard to illegal drugs, illegal substances or prostitution. The Death Penalty is enforceable for drug related crimes. Any guests or their visitors using or possessing illegal drugs, illegal substances or allowing prostitution on the rental property, will be removed immediately from the premises and the local authorities will be contacted. Any rent money, including deposits will be forfeited. Please understand these strict policies are for the protection of the guests and the property owners and managers. Indonesia is very strict in enforcing these policies and the Indonesian prison environment is quite different from other jurisdictions. It is understood that the undersigned is responsible for the actions of their guests and for seeing that all guests occupying a rental property have read and will abide by this rental agreement and the rules and policies set forth in the property rental’s brochure or on its web site.

Reservations Procedure & Terms
RESERVATION REQUEST
Simply fill out our reservation inquiry form and we will reply to you within 24 hours of your request. Please note that all your data will be handled with strict confidentiality and used for no other purpose whatsoever. Bookings can only be guaranteed once a deposit has been received. On payment of this deposit you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. We can hold your written reservation request for 5 working days before receiving payment. Please note that reservations are handled on first come basis.
RATES
Private Villa daily rental rates are quoted in United States dollars (USD’s). Rates quoted maybe subject to change. The majority of private villas have a premium for high season dates. Some villas offer special rates for stays of 14 nights or more or last minute bookings usually 14 days prior to the arrival date. All rates include airport transfer.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments by Visa & MasterCard or by US Dollar Bank transfers 
- USD Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or USD Wire Transfer
For Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments we require the full rental charge amount to be received in our Bank Account. Any bank transfer fees are to be applied to your own bank account including correspondent bank charges. Payment by Credit Card Debit Authorization is available by Visa and Master Card only. The Bank will apply a 2.6% Credit Card charge. Due to the currency fluctuation we further add a 100 Rupiah to one US Dollar for all transactions. For all Credit Card Transactions we require a photocopy of your Credit Card, both front and back with the Credit card numbers printed clearly, a photocopy of your passport picture page, together with a signed Debit Authorization Form, returned by facsimile to enable us to complete a Credit Card transaction.Due to national law, settlement by credit card is charged in local currency. Bali Luxury Villas takes no responsibility for subsequent exchange rates used by credit card companies after guests' departure. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within Bali Luxury Villas' control and may impact the amount charged to a guest's credit card.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Your driver will meet you at the airport at Bali’s International Airport Ngurah Rai. He will await you outside the arrival door straight after you have passed through customs. The driver will hold up your name and he will assist you with your luggage and will escort you to your vacation villa.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
We ask that you fill in our Guest Registration Form and return to our Bali Luxury Villas Office prior to final payment either by email or facsimile. We will need your flight details for both arrivals and departures to be able to organize all airport transfers.
CAR RENTALS
Our office staff will be happy to arrange to provide car rentals for guests. We liaise with several reputable car rental operators on the island, all offer English speaking drivers. All car arrangements are made for you with no profit us and therefore we can offer you very competitive rental rates. For high season period we recommend that you book your car well in advance. Most rental cars to not have seat belts in the back passenger seats.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Our villas have a maximum number of guests, as detailed in our villa descriptions, which we ask to be respected. If you wish to have additional guests we need to be informed prior to receipt of deposit payment to acquire the villa manager permission. This is also to assure you of a level of service and adequate bedding and linens for your stay.
