Completed in late 1999, Villa Pangi Gita epitomizes the new
wave of elegant luxury and comfort displayed in recently built
homes in Bali. Its décor and amenities are several classes
above the normal villa in Bali and easily exceed those of a
five-star hotel. Each of the three luxurious bedrooms is privately
set in its own bungalow-style structure. Designed by architects
of the renowned Four Seasons Hotel, all the structures on the
property are roofed in weathered ironwood shingles. The white
of the walls and warm brown of the teak door and window frames
and floors, form the primary colors of this villa, providing
a lovely contrast against the greenery of the tropical plants
located throughout the property.
Taking advantage of the villa’s tropical location, the
majority of the rooms boast large wood-framed glass doors that
can be opened to allow the cool breezes to circulate, thereby
ensuring that guests can enjoy the full impact of the surroundings
while sheltered from the elements.
This feature also extends to the dining pavilion, which is a
portrait of stylist restraint complete with an elegant teakwood
dining table and eight chairs. Encompassed on three sides by
glass to preserve the glorious view of the garden, the clever
design of this room offers guests the choice of dining in air-conditioned
comfort or alternatively opening the French doors to create
a semi-alfresco ambience. A magnificent hand-carved antique
wall panel separates the dining room from the fully equipped
open kitchen flanked by a marble bar and high stools.

All the air-conditioned bedrooms are luxuriously decorated with
antiques and contain queen-sized teak beds with mosquito net
canopies. Guests enjoy luxuriant and abundant privacy. Each
room has TV, video-player and stereo. Safes are also provided.
The master bedroom features a walk-through closet and a large
bathroom, including an oversized bathtub with a private deck
and panoramic views of the surrounding environment to the pool
and river. Further back on the property are the two guest bedrooms.
Adjoining each room is a large ensuite Bali-style bathroom with
an outdoor shower and bathtub set in a private miniature garden.
Sloping landscaped grounds, bordered by the Pangi river at the
bottom, also host a kitchen, dining room pavilion complete with
bar, open-air living room, and separate study pavilion, a bale
(Balinese gazebo) and swimming pool.

At the center of the property, the open-air living room with
two-tiered roof is furnished with immaculate, white cushioned
sofas and several antiques. This carefully crafted and decorated
room is the nexus of the property, and is an excellent place
for entertaining and relaxing.
Leading off from the living room, and surrounded by a goldfish
pond, is a fully enclosed study, providing an air-conditioned
sanctuary in which to escape from the tropical heat. The fitted
dark wood shelves hold a collection of books, which are freely
available for the use of the guests.
The villa possesses a number of precious amenities including
satellite television reception.

The infinity-style swimming pool is surrounded by a deck with
lounge chairs and offers views of the rice paddies on the other
side of the river. Nearby and sharing the same view is a bale
(Balinese gazebo) furnished with overstuffed cushions, providing
an ideal location for daytime massages.
With its spacious and luxurious atmosphere, numerous antiques
and fine details, Villa Pangi Gita is ideally suited for hosting
small groups of discerning people who want to experience the
best that Bali can provide.

Services
Villa Pangigita is supported by a carefully selected team of
highly trained and experienced staff members who will ensure
that its guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The
team includes an in-house chef housekeeper, a gardener &
pool maintenance and four security guards. The chef is trained
in the preparation of both local and international cuisine,
and is responsible for the market shopping.

Villa Location
This three bedroom villa is located in the district of Canggu,
forty-five minutes drive north of the airport, close to the
well-known Nirwana golf course, and fifteen minutes drive north
of the nightlife and restaurants of Seminyak and Legian.Rental
Rates:
- Low Season: US$450 + 5% service charge
- High Season: US$500 + 5% service charge
- Peak Season: US$550 + 5% service charge
