About Serene Garden Villa (SGV)
Serene Garden Villa was completed in early 2002 and is situated
in the fashionable Seminyak/Oberoi district on Jalan Drupadi.
Close to beach, shopping and trendy café, nightlife locations.
SGV is a fully appointed 3 bedroom private rental villa, with
a staff of 3 ready to provide personalized service to ensure
your stay is memorable.
Designed to incorporate the best of Bali Modern Design, the
villas living and dining areas opens out to the lush garden
and pool, which creates a beautiful natural ambience both day
and night with superb lighting for this unique villa.
Decorated with modern contemporary furniture throughout from
Serene (www.serenebali.com) as well as featuring a range of
modern art makes SGV stand out from other villas.
The villas stunning location makes it an ideal choice for guests
wanting privacy and at the same time being just minutes from
the happening center of Bali's fashionable Seminyak district
and a few minutes to the Legian Beach. All of SGV's air-conditioned
bedrooms feature ceiling fans and have both pool, garden or
rice field views.

Villa Rooms
SGV offers 3 private bedrooms all with air conditioning,
and ceiling fans. The fully appointed rooms have either
Queen or King Size beds. The modern interior design contrasts
with the traditional Alang Alang (Thatched) roofing and
all rooms have private en-suite bathrooms with modern
facilities.
The ground floor bathroom is open to the sky giving complete
privacy under sun or stars, all bathrooms feature raindrop
shower head fittings which give the sensation of bathing
under the falling rain with your choice of unlimited hot
or cold water, make a special bathing experience.

High Season rate:
US$350.00 per night from July 1st until September 14th
