Villa Kirania is located at Temple Hill Jimbaran within the exclusive Temple Hill Grand Residences Estate.

Jl Uluwatu leads to the Southernmost tip of this magical island, where some of Bali’s most exclusive boutique hotels are located. Jalan Uluwatu itself leads to one of Bali's oldest and most famous temples, the spectacular Pura Uluwatu, located high on a cliff 250 feet above the waves of the Indian Ocean. Jimbaran Bay is just a 5 minutes walk away. The amazing Four Seasons PJ’s beach restaurant and the famous Jimbaran seafood restaurants are within easy reach.

This four double bedroom Villa offers full time housekeeping staff. A private chef, personal driver, babysitter and masseur for in house treatments at the Villa’s private outdoor spa can all be arranged for your convenience and enjoyment during your stay.

Villa Kirania has its own outdoor Spa. Enter through the carved Balinese door, walk through a tropical lush garden, past the temple to the Spa where you can enjoy both privacy and serenity. Indulge in a host of personal Spa treatments.

The spa is beside the villa's own private temple. This temple is where the Balinese staff honour the Bali gods and ancestors through the daily presentation of simple offerings (banten) of every imaginable colour, shape and substance. These offerings are gifts expressing gratitude to benevolent spirits, to prevent any disruptions to the harmony of life. This simple offering is still regarded as an important traditional art form, hence why Bali is known as the Island of the Gods.

The villa enjoys sumptuous uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean where you can enjoy watching the fishermen come home after their days catch before magical sunsets fall on the villa. Jimbaran Bay is a 3 mile golden moon crescent shape beach, home to Bali's largest fishing village.

Villa Kirania is comprised of a stunning Indian slate tiled 15x5m salt chlorinated swimming pool, a relaxation Bale with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and a main house. Within the main house at the upper level there is an expansive living/dining room fitted with a Nakamichi sound system, with Ipod connection available.

The upper level has a wide wooden deck terrace and views from the main living areas are simply incredible. The villa has an impressive 70 square meter outdoor roof terrace with gas barbeque, designer dining and lounge area for unparalleled views day and night whilst entertaining.

Villa Kirania has one separate master and three double guest master bedrooms all with spectacular ocean views. At the lower level by the pool there is a further living room with a Samsung 52” Plasma screen TV and LG surround sound home entertainment system. The entire Villa has broadband Wireless connection.

The various artworks within the Villa represent a mixture of modern and traditional Balinese craftsmanship.

Accommodation

The master bedroom opens out onto the swimming pool. It also enjoys magnificent ocean views.

The master bedroom has a 32” LCD Toshiba flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. The master bathroom includes an oversized marble bath, two separate sinks and a standalone shower with access to the lower level garden.

Two of the three master guest bedrooms at the Villa also open out to the pool. All master guest bedrooms enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean, and on clear morning and afternoons, views open up to the volcanoes beyond the Legian stretch of beach where you can see Mount Batur.

The third master bedroom can be found at the upper level of the Villa allowing more privacy with stunning views over the Four Seasons Hotel and ocean.

All bedrooms are similarly designed for optimal comfort and privacy. Perfect if friends are sharing. All master bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and come with ceiling fans.

The furniture throughout the Villa has been especially designed. The décor in each room is primarily the same with differences in the colour schemes. All master bedrooms have super king size beds.

Each master bedroom comfortably fits two single mattresses making it possible for the Villa to comfortably sleep up to 8 adults and 8 children. Children’s beds are available on request.

All master bedrooms come with their own built in digital coded safes which are comfortable to fit 15" laptops and all personal belongings. Daily turn down is to be provided by the housekeeping staff.

Dining

Villa Kirania is privileged to be able to enjoy all aspects of the ultimate dining experience. Whether you are sat up on the Villas private terrace overlooking the ocean with your own private chef cooking any meal that you may desire, at a fine dining restaurant just a stones throw away, or enjoying an unforgettable local meal at the Jimbaran Bay seafood restaurants there is simply an experience to suit everyone.

The private chef is available on request. The menu encompasses both local and western dishes ensuring that there is something to suit every discerning palate. Special requests not on the menu can also be accommodated.

The Villa is surrounded by Fine dining. With some of the finest hotels on Bali including The Four Seasons, Karma Jimbaran, Karma Kandara, St Regis, Banyan Tree, The Ritz Carlton and Bvlgari all close by the list is endless.

The renowned seafood restaurants on Jimbaran Bay bring magic to a local dining experience. Not only are you sat on the beach, watching local kids play ball and enjoying the glorious sunset but you will enjoy some of the very best local cuisine that Bali has to offer. The seafood is freshly caught that very day. It is an experience not to be missed.
