Bali Luxury Villas, originally known as ‘Villas Bali’,
has been operating since 1999, under the fully licensed &
registered Indonesian company ‘PT. Kampung Lanji Asri’.
The company specialises in luxury private vacation villa rentals
and villa management. Our exclusive portfolio is comprised of
carefully selected, and constantly re-evaluated, top quality
villas that meet the requirements of the most discriminating
and sophisticated travellers, while at the same time presenting
them with a rare and blissful lifestyle experience.
Our Management team is headed by Petra Graves, a German citizen
who has been living and working in Indonesia, predominantly
in Bali, since 1988. Fluent in German, English and Indonesian,
she is also the founder of Bali Luxury Villas. She gives her
fulltime commitment to ensuring the ongoing success and exemplary
reputation of the company through the highest standards of service.
Prior to establishing Bali Luxury Villas, Mrs. Petra Graves
gained an abundance of professional and local experience through
her active involvement as part owner and co-developer of ‘Nihiwatu’
– an exclusive boutique hotel, established in 1988 and
located in Sumba, eastern Indonesia.
At Bali Luxury Villas, we are proud of our dedicated and hardworking
team, who enthusiastically embrace the challenges of combining
exceptional personal service with highly accomplished marketing,
management and administration skills. All are fluent in English
and Indonesian.
· Rai and Bernard are our Villa Managers. Their joint
role is to look after the operation and to ensure the smooth
running of all of the villas, hiring and training villa staff,
developing menus, taking care of the guests and arranging guest
activities. Rai brings with him four years of experience in
the hospitality industry within the United States, and was formerly
a senior partner at the prestigious Begawan Giri Estate. Bernard
was previously employed as assistant restaurant manager at Ritz
Carlton Bali, and was the pre-opening operations manager of
Bali’s famous Kudeta.
· Dian has worked as Reservations Manager for Bali Luxury
Villas since 2002. With considerable experience in the field
of hospitality through companies such as Bali Adventure Tours,
she co-ordinates the booking process, manages the inventories,
and deals with many of the guest queries.
· Reni is our Sales & Marketing Manager, promoting
our services through local and international agencies. She has
a professional background in the tourism industry, having worked
in sales & marketing for a number of Bali’s boutique
hotels.
· Lina and Komang are our proficient Accountants, both
of them well qualified in all aspects of accounting, including
the preparation of contracts.
